Wow that looks good, is it Zbrush?? Is it a chrome surround?? Love the expression!
Thanks much Takumer, yes ZBrush. No on Chrome surround(don't know what that is). Just using a number of material passes, those add so much of the goodness. I'm happy to elaborate if you need me too.
Hi Adobewan.... lol (what's your real name?) sure I would love to hear it, I'm not too sure what you mean by material passes. It's different to render passes??
Sweet stuff Brian! To answer your question: If you did not fill out the various subtools with materials before, they are always going to change their material to the actual one you select. They are doing the same, if you filled them with the plain color thing, what Bryan showed, as that does not contain any material information. If you start filling them with various materials (like one is chrome, one is the basic material, etc.) they will keep their appearance even, if you change the materials of other subtools.Does this make sense? I am not the best in explaining technical stuff hahah, but hope it helps...
Yes, thanks Mark. Bryan got back to me as well, I believe I didn't have MRGB selected when filling the objects.
